WWAA successfully transformed this triangular office space of only 74 square meters at Milsons Point, Sydney.

This project site is located in a prime location, just steps from the Milsons Point train station, but the area is extremely small and the shape is unique, with unchangeable height differences.
Within limited space and budget, the WWAA team had to create six workstations, a meeting room/conference room, a pantry, a customer lounge, and a reception area, which was a challenging design task.
Our final design fully integrated the columns, floor height differences, building pipelines, and equipment into the space zoning blocks, maximizing the efficiency of every inch of space and maximizing the spatial feeling.
During the design process, the WWAA team created nearly ten design proposals and brainstormed with the client and Valmont engineering team specializing in offices. After five months of collaboration, they finally delivered satisfactory results to the client.
