Drawing inspiration from the Edmondson Park Locality Control Plan, we have meticulously curated a 1.3-hectare site within the heart of Edmondson Park's central town centre. This carefully chosen location will seamlessly integrate with the surrounding community, boasting a range of amenities including a preserved park, community facilities, a primary school, a retail area, a feeder bus lane, and an off-street cycle lane. By strategically positioning our design within this evolving urban tapestry, we ensure our development becomes integral to the vibrant communal fabric.

Our primary objective is to craft a residential masterpiece that transcends conventional boundaries, showcasing innovative spatial concepts and pushing the limits of high-density living. By employing techniques such as mirroring, shifting, rotating, stretching, and stacking, we have created captivating living spaces that intertwine seamlessly to form a harmonious whole.
